jen b4"Had no clue about the car. Should of took it to Woodland Cadillac where I bought it, instead of going through the headaches!!"
Doug Campbell9I had the UUC Shifter installed and a problem with the tranny looked at. No problem with the install of the shifter, tranny had to be torn down and I had to wait on parts. Only problem was that I forgot to tell them not to wasm the car. Got it back with DISM's (Dealer Installed Swirl Marks). :-( My fault.
Brian Daly9I currently have no mods, so I couldn't test thier willingness to work on modified cars. Their service during sale and since has been steller!
Dallas Wallace10After taking the car into Michael Stead, where they told me everything was normal, I took it into Reliable (without mentioning the other experience) for diff whine, pinion leakage, and front rotor warpage. The tech took a ride with me and said, yep, it needs a diff and the rotors turned/brake align. This was on a Friday and they had to order a diff. They offered to let me keep the car until the part came in, or leave it with them to get the work started. It was ready Tuesday, as promised, with all problems taken care of. Very knowledgeable about the car (asked if I was having any problems with the reverse synchro, etc.) and easy to deal with. And, the tech did mention modded cars(Maggie, etc.) that they had done warranty work on.
Rod Jenkins7Took the V here right after I bought it for an oil change. They put 8 quarts of oil in and luckily I always conduct a QA check before I leave and discovered this. Once notified of their mistake, they took care of it with no problem. They seemed like a 'reliable' dealer with the exception of that one boo-boo.
