    2003 CTS3Wow. Wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't experienced it. Had my car returned with problems almost every visit - from being unwashed, to once getting the car back with the gauge cluster not-yet reconnected. The more they screwed-up, the more annoyed with me they became. Dismissed many issues as 'normal'. Courtesy-car rental guys and porters were always nice, though.
