    Michael1WARNING! This dealer treated me like dirt and made me think twice about GM. I went in 3 times and tried to get them to repair my screaming rearend and they said that it was normal. The thing finally blew up and they would not repair it because they said I drove the car to hard? I go to pickup my broken car and arive at the dealer to see men playing in my car that do not even work at the dealer. They thought it was funny that my horn sounded like crap because the battery was dead and continued to honk it till I told them to get out of my car. "They didnt understand what I was saying because they didnt speak english" We push it back and try to load it onto the trailer by ourselves with no help from anyone while my dad has just had back surgery. I get home and find out that all of my floormatts are missing so I go back into the dealer and talk to the manager. From the begening she did not want to hear what I had to say and tells me that I signed documents stating they were not responsible for stolen items. Oh how I love this dealer!

    costales1This is a terrible dealer. They employ low pay labor without any analytical or basic trouble shooting skills. Might be good for an oil change if you’re lucky!!!
    James9I'm a regular at this dealership and have no significant issues with them. The only criticism I have is that they aren't the best at keeping you updated on your repair, but I've found them to be very favorable in terms of mods, as well as honoring warranty work. I highly recommend this dealership. Reading some of these other replies makes me shake my head. I'm very confused how they could have such a bad experience.
