    CTSVett2Never let them service my car.. I walked out...
    Stephan8We have a CTS and a CTS-V. We brought the CTS in for a scratched rear fender requiring a paint job to include removal of car side panels. Car was returned but without the plastic plugs that cover the screws inside the door jambs.
    PJ9Sent an e-mail via the web late on a Thursday evening about my problem, and the next day I got a call from the service departement before I even had a chance to follow through myself. Very good service.
