    Joe Bergman4The service group treated me like I was the cause of the problems with my car. I had to diagnose & prove to them one of the problems after 2 visits yielded only blame on me (yes, it ended up being a real problem). This dealer just isn't used to chasing down V demons...they're better suited to 5-yr-old DTSs with Northstar problems.
