|PM stein||4|| I bought my 2004 V from them (big mistake), and took it here when the 400hp and RWD got the better of me. They didn't fix everything the first time, and took 2 weeks to get the body work and aligment done. I just have a bad feeling at this dealership. All this hassel on a car I just bought from them for over MSRP. (But I guess I deserve it for paying over MSRP for a GM car). I only go to Thompson in Raleigh now, although they are a little further away.
|David||10|| I am very impressed with the knowledge of the car from this dealer. The service writer and a couple of techs have the 04 models and are aware of issues that i bring to them. The repairs are always done very timely and i am always provided a loaner. They have opened their new facility and it is top of the line.
|msanjose||10||As has been said previously, a few service writers and techs own 04V's at this dealership. Their knowledge of the V and it's intricacies is unsurpassed for dealers in our area. I've had my V there for a few items and they have always gone above and beyond to resolve the issues. A loaner has always been provided. This dealer has resolved issues that are flagrantly disregarded by other dealers as posted on the forum. Parade clunk and difficulty engaging gears have both been resolved. |
|Frank T||10||I went late in the afternoon only to request an appointment to correct some alignment issues. To my surprise, they took my car in right away. After a road test, they put it on the alignment rack and brought me into the service department to show me what was wrong and what they were doing to correct it. The problem was fixed quickly, correctly and I have had no problems since. Two thumbs up for Hendrick Cadillac!|

His knowledge of the product is far above any other service advisor I have ever dealt with. The vehicle was fixed, and fixed right the first time. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own.
