    Pietro Raimondi1This is an "old school" Cadillac Service Department and I am sure quite knowledgeable about serving "Aunt Roses" Cadillac Coupe DeVille with the transverse NorthStar Engine. However, beginning with the most obnoxious service writers down to the technicians; they would not know the LS6 or the LS2 engine from a bowl of alphabet soup. They have abosolutely no accessory department whatsoever and will literally "price gouge" you on the installation of a GM Performance product; whether it be a Corsa catback system or GM Performance Cylinder Heads. The only consistent thing regarding their service is the "inconsistency" of time and labor that is required to do something as simple as installing a set of rotors. They recently told me that it would take 6.5 labor hours to install a set of cross drilled Cadillac accessory rotors on the CTSV! WARNING.....stay away from Heritage Cadillacs Service Department. You would be much better served to take your CTSV to any Chevrolet Dealership and have a Corvette technician service your V. Heritage Cadillac has by far been the very worst service department that I have ever encountered on any level regarding any vehicle. I would not have these guys "plug a tire"; let alone perform any type of service or warranty work whatsoever. Their sales department is excellent and very friendly and accomodating. Their Service Department is best served to repairing Jeeps and Mazdas as they have no business whatsoever even poking their heads underneath the hood of a CTSV.
