Dealer notes:Being raised in the motor city and having a father who spent 35 yrs @ GM; I am sad to report that this dealership has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. The sales team is incompitent, customer service is non-existent and its body shop takes longer to fix a car than it does to build it. Save yourself some frustration, headaches, time, and money and go else where. GM makes a great product... but this dealership has no idea how to support the quality product that many have spent years building. If there is a positive side to this dealership it is the maintenance department, but having all of the other negative aspects present there is no way I will ever step foot on its property again. | OVERALL RANKINGS:
