Add your rank for this DealerIndividual Comments| Jason | 3 | I've only purchased my V from this dealer. The dealer also sells Chevy, Pontiac and GMC, and they should stick to the low-end market. I wouldn't go there for service after my experience of buying from them.
1) They had no clue how to work the Nav system.
2) Cold tire pressure in all 4 tires was at 25PSI. It is supposed to be at 30PSI when cold.
3) Check engine light was on at the time of delivery! They had to hook it up to the computer and download the new updates.
4) I got to the dealership at 4:00PM. I did not leave with my car until 9:30PM. Here's what happened. Price and terms were finalized at 11:00am that day. It took about 45 minutes to sign the paperwork, go through the dealer checklist. (If you buy a GM with On-Star and Nav, they are required to go over the manual with them. No problem) The dealer had no clue how to work the DVD/Nav system, the car had to be connected to the computer, and they couldn't even get the tire pressure right.
These people should have the Cadillac cars removed, because they clearly do not know the Cadillac market.
They might be O.K. for a Chevy, Pontiac or GMC customer, but not a Cadillac owner. |
